Two simple ways to license my work

PICK THE OPTION THAT FITS YOUR NEEDS

1. Non-Exclusive License

This is the most common and accessible licensing option — simple, flexible, and perfect for small to mid-size businesses. This license lets you use one of my existing designs to create and sell your own products.
I keep the copyright and ownership of the artwork.

Since the license is non-exclusive, other businesses may also use the same design at the same time. The design may also remain available on platforms like Spoonflower, where anyone can purchase and print it on their own items.

2. Exclusive License

This license gives you exclusive rights to use a design for a specific product category and time period — all outlined in a simple agreement we’ll set up before we start.

I’ll keep the copyright and full ownership of the design. That means I won’t license it to others in the same category during your license period — but I may still use or license it in other ways not covered by our agreement (for example, if your license is for babywear, I might still use it for stationery).

You can always choose to renew your license when the term ends. If not, the rights return fully to me, and the design may become available for other projects again.

Note: You don’t need a license to sell products made from fabric bought directly from Spoonflower or other retailers where my designs are sold.
